"To whom it may concern I was recently in an accident on December 20 I called my insurance agent Trea Avant at State Farm in Ozark Alabama and he told me exactly what I needed to do and I did exactly what he said and I contacted the ladies insurance and filed a claim and it is taking them such a long time but I kinda knew because Trea told me that they would probably drag their feet Because some insurance agencies do that but I need my vehicle to go to work and Trea was so awesome in setting me up with a claim agent and with a rental car and everything he was just awesome. Everything was made easy because of the team there that work together to make sure that my car was in good hands and that it was gonna be taken care of, and it wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg to have it done so I am so eternally grateful to Trea Avant and the State Farm team that worked with me to get this done because of their willingness, I will be able to pick my car up on the 24th. I believe that’s next week and that’s awesome so thank you State Farm team. I would be happy to recommend anyone to if they needed insurance to go to State Farm to get her done because that’s what you guys do. You get her done and I’m so very thankful. Bertha Stuckey"
